Recording is the fun part.

Recording is playing music into microphones, and recording them. Recording is gathering the raw material with which to make a record. As an engineer, I ensure that your recording sounds great. That by the first take—it sounds like a record.

I studied Music Production & Engineering at Berklee College of Music, and I discovered my love for recording there. I then worked and honed my skills as an engineer and assistant engineer in two prominent Boston studios: Herd Studio, in Roxbury MA; and now at Q Division Studios in Somerville, MA.

I love getting to make great records, and I am proud to have worked with Boston Music Award winning, New England Music Award winning, and Grammy nominated artists. Whether it’s at a large-format, commercial recording studio like Q Division, or an attic in the middle of Maine with just a computer and a single microphone, my favorite place to be is in the studio exploring sounds, making sure you have a great recording.
